  1. The term Guests shall apply to those individuals who are invited by our VtexAgents, Referral Agents, Managing Coordinators, Managing Directors, Executive Directors and Regional Business Owners to visit our sites.
  2. I agree not to use any unauthorized Company´s logos, trademarks, trade names or any literature in any form of advertising without the prior written permission of the VtexCity, VtexTV, VtexLIVE,VtexSpace and other sites that belong to the Company
  3. I agree not to copy the marketing strategy and concept of VtexCity,VtexLIVE, VtexTV, VtexSpace and other sites that belong to the Company in order to market the advertisers´ own products and services.
  4. I agree not to solicit any of the Company´s advertisers. vendors and business partners for my own benefit of marketing their own products and services into my own company or business.
  5. I agree not to compete with VtexCity, VtexMall, VtexDirect,VtexFREE and other sites that belong to the Company by participating in any of the affiliate program offered by the advertisers.
  6. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless VtexCity, VtexTV, VtexLIVE, VtexSpace and other sites that belong to the Company and any of its manufacturers or service providers against any and all claims, damages, and expenses, including attorney's fees arising out of any action or conduct in violation of this Agreement.
  7. I agree not to circumvent (i.e., to go around VtexCity, VtexTV, VtexLIVE, VtexSpace and other sites that belong to the Company and communicate with or enter into any Agreements or business dealings with) VtexCity with respect to its current or future relationships with vendors, advertisers, financial institutions, or other companies or individuals of which the Company will be or is doing business with.
  8. Other than using the VtexLIVE Services for conferences or meetings in which I am an Active Participant, and as permitted under the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement or other written Agreements between me and VtexLIVE, the VtexLIVE Services may be used for INTERNAL BUSINESS OR PERSONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
  9. I may not resell, distribute, make any commercial use of, use on a timeshare or service bureau basis, or use to operate a website or otherwise generate income from the VtexLIVE Services or use the Services for the development, production or marketing of a service or product substantially similar to the VtexLIVE Services. You shall not use the VtexLIVE Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, impair or otherwise interfere with or disrupt the websites, VtexLIVE Services, or any network or networks connected to the Services or security systems.
  10. I agree not to use the VtexLIVE technology for any pornographic and/or illegal activities in reference to any adult LIVE entertainment.
  11. I agree that I will not engage in the sending of unsolicited bulk email and/or "SPAM".
  12. I understand that any unlawful wrongdoings and/or violations will be charged to the fullest extent of the International Internet Law.
